We watch a lot of food shows.  To make the list a show must be currently available (first run or rerun).  Most are national, a couple are local to San Francisco environs.
To make the list a show must be informative as a documentary (1, 9), teach you how to cook (2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10), tell you where to eat (5, 10), or be pure fun (4,11).
