O Newsome's Kentucky Country Ham--get the free-range ham with no hormones or antibiotics.




O Gioia Cheese Fresh Burata--with hierloom tomatoes, or just with olive oil and salt. but my favorite? served at room temp as a faux egg white with a warmed yoke in its center, topped with truffle oil and chives--unless you can get shaved white truffles
O D'artagnan Bison Tenderloin--put it, sliced 1/2-inch thick, in a zip lock bag for at least 1 hour, with a good balsmic vinegar and chopped mint, then quick grill or pan sear. Serve rare.

O China Blue Sesame Soy Sauce--use it on your stir fry
